December 19, 2023, at 5:00 PM, is also the last day to cancel your reservation. After that date you will be 100% responsible for the cost of your registration. There will be absolutely no exceptions.
Night Skiing: The regular lift ticket will give you access to the slope for 6 hours, which will be through approximately 4:00/4:30pm. Night skiing is available through approximately 8:30pm. If you want to extend your skiing session, you may upgrade your lift ticket for $20 while at the ski area. Each participant will be responsible for doing this with cash, debit card, or credit card. If you do not want to extend your skiing session, you will be able to hang out in the ski lodge to play cards, board games, etc.
A Word to the Adults:
As we have discussed in the ASM meetings, it is important to provide for a safe experience for all participants. For this reason, each adult will have a chaperone duty rotation that will last 4-5 hours. Duties may include such responsibilities as manning check-in points, observing our skiers on the slope, and monitoring scouts in the lodge/dining facility. When you are not assigned to your duty rotation you may still be called upon for chaperone duty in the event of an emergency. If you do not feel that you can fulfill these responsibilities please do not register for the outing.
We really need your involvement on this outing. Almost to a man, the scouts report that this outing is one of ther favorite experiences of the year. Thank you for stepping up to make this happen for our scouts.
