IMPORTANT: Before signing up for a Scout Master Conference (SMC), Scouts must have ASM sign-off on all rank requirements in their handbook, including service hour and merit badge requirements.

• • Register a week in advance of their desired SMC date
• • Be in full Class A uniform for the SMC (sash, socks, belt, handbook)
• • Check-in at the advancement table at the beginning of the meeting
