September Hiking Outing

Fall is in the air, so it is time to get outside and take a little hike!

Our September activity will center around hiking and the scout skills associated with it.

We’ll be at Bert Adams all day and will host a virtual campout for those who want to spend the night in God’s creation and earn a camping night.

This is an opportunity to earn some requirements for the hiking, backpacking, cooking and camping merit badges, as well as get some rank advancement items signed off.  IF YOU INTEND TO WORK ON ANY MERIT BADGE, MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN CONTACT WITH YOUR MERIT BADGE COUNSELOR PRIOR TO THE EVENT TO ENSURE THAT YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.

We will follow state and local COVID-19 guidelines at all times, which will require parents to drive their Scouts to and from Bert Adams Scout Camp.

All participants will need to bring their own lunch and snacks.
