Merit Badge University

$20*The Atlanta Area Council is hosting a Merit Badge University session on 11/16/19 at Kennesaw State University from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. Merit Badge University is a quality Merit Badge program that helps Scouts learn about different fields of knowledge. The $20 registration fee includes breakfast as well as program materials for most classes. Many classes are being offered and more details can be found at www.atlantabsa.org/mbu

*This fall, Northern Ridge District is sponsoring a STEM NOVA event for our Scouts. Over four Sunday afternoons at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church, Scouts will earn both Engineering Merit Badge and the Engineering STEM NOVA award. 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/20. Must attend all 4 Sundays. Cost $20. Since this will be a hands-on event, we only have spaces for ten Scouts. Encourage your Scouts to sign up early. Registration closes on September 20th.
