August Outing: Waterwater Rafting

The troop will camp in Copperhill, TN, and experience whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River (Ocoee, TN) and Nantahala River (Bryson City, NC) on Saturday. Scouts and adults have their choice of experiences (Ocoee or Nantahala), but Ocoee rafters must be at least 13 years of age.
Cost:
Ocoee River – $76/person;$78.26/person – PayPal (age 13+ only)
Nantahala River – $68/person; $70.05/person – PayPal (any age)
Includes 3 meals on Saturday and breakfast Sunday
Deadline:
August 5 – NO EXCEPTIONS
Participants must indicate which river they want to raft at time of registration.
Departure:
Johns Creek UMC Parking Lot (Northwest corner – enter off Medlock Bridge Rd) Arrive at 5:30 PM (eat dinner before); Depart for Copperhill at 6:00 PM sharp
